The entirely outfitted kitchen greets you as you enter from the first floor to the main living space. With three outdoor spaces, one on each level, there is plenty of room for calming and feeling the ocean breeze! Retreat to your master bedroom with an ensuite bath and savor the beautiful ocean vistas from your private deck. Don’t hassle with parking passes, pull right up to your private garage parking, equipped with sand toys, beach chairs and games, and a wagon for the short, 72 step walk to the beach!
