The beaches, many golf courses, amusements, dining, shopping and public boat launch are all less than 5 mins. away. Located on the mainland between the bridges to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach…ride your bicycle there! Or take a walk to the Intracoastal just 2 blocks away.
Appreciate the screened porch & sizable fenced in back yard (with doggie door!). Totally equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and gas grille.

Ideal for families and golf groups, this home has 3 bedrooms (plus common room upstairs with futon), 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6-8.
Feel complimentary to store golf gear, bicycles, boating equipment etc. in the attached garage.

We appreciate family pets! they'll appreciate the backyard and doggie doors. NOTE: We want to stay pet friendly so PLEASE make sure you clean up after your dog and do a poop patrol around the yard before you leave.
