Welcome to Captains Quarters! A beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home, ideal for a calming hideaway. With accommodations for up to 6 guests, this comfortable getaway offers a cozy and homey ambiance. The entirely fenced backyard is a true getaway, ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. Inside, the roomy living room provides a ideal space to relax and savor your favorite shows or movies. The dining area is ideal for entertaining or appreciating your morning brew. This property also offers the convenience of a private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, this cozy and inviting home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Master Bathroom: Walk In Closet, Full Size Tub/Shower Combo, Single Sink with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 1: Used as an office with bespoke fold-out queen murphy bed.
Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single sink set into Double Vanity with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Two Nightstands.
Laundry Closet: Washer/Dryer, Storage Shelving

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
Dogs and Cats are allowed. Up to two family pets total at one time; no weight restrictions. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent pets are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking 
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.     
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
