The space
This appealing, single-level home is ideal for huge groups, family vacations, holidays, or weekend getaways. Designed with a modern beach aesthetic, the home features fresh decor and is thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience. With entirely supplied linens, essentials, and kitchenware, it’s ideal for those looking to kick back in style.

* Open-Concept Living: A roomy living area for gathering, featuring a 65” 4K UHD Intelligent TV with access to fashionable streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO, and more). Board games are also available for family fun on rainy days.
* Entirely Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're cooking up a feast or grabbing takeout, the kitchen has you covered. It includes everything you need, plus a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, creamers, tea bags, snacks.
* Master Suite: A serene getaway with a king-sized bed, a 60” intelligent TV, and a opulent en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a jetted spa tub for two, as well as a walk-in shower.
* Two Additional Bedrooms: Ideal for families or friends, the first bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with a twin-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a king-sized bed. Both rooms are equipped with 40" roku tvs.
* Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms outfitted with resort-style H2O Therapy products: shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Fresh linens and bath towels are supplied for every guest.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to appreciate the fresh air and breathtaking vistas. A enormous outdoor patio overlooks the backyard and pool area, providing plenty of seating for dining, calming, or simply soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. The pool box is supplied with everything you need for fun in the sun, and there’s a private outdoor shower for your convenience. A gas grille is also available for use (guests are responsible to refill the propane tank).

* Washer & Dryer: In-home laundry facilities are available (detergent not supplied).
* Wi-Fi: 250 Mbps high-speed internet with impressive coverage throughout the home, ideal for up to 10 devices.
* Parking: Space for 4 medium-sized cars in the driveway.
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
* Pool cleaning takes place every Friday morning.
* Landscaping is scheduled bi-weekly, on Monday.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of the locked garage. You'll savor a seamless, contact-complimentary check-in process with keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, we’ll send you an access code for simple entry.
Other things to note
We highly recommend trip insurance through a 3rd event company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters.
We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to relax and relax during their time here!
Families and kids of all ages are very welcome but the home is not “kid proofed” so you must ensure your own kid’s safety.
***Visitors
- If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform and this is subject to approval.
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 9pm, any person wishing to stay after 9pm will be chargeable at the additional guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
Trash pick-up is every Tuesday morning. If your stay includes Monday nighttime, please place the trash bins by the mailbox for pick-up. If your stay extends through Wednesday, kindly return the bins to the side of the home after collection.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the home.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by local residents. In order to respect these permanent residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for events. in the event close by neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict peaceful hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am. Backyard and front yard restricted between these hours.
It's our obligation that you, the guest is aware of these rules before you book. We want you to have the best time possible and need to make sure this will be a good fit for you and our locals.
