Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
