Located on a secluded lot, this modern getaway features an broad screened porch, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. Outdoors, you'll find multiple spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the deck, screened porch, or in the bespoke gazebo overlooking a breathtaking tidal creek. Paddle your kayak or stand-up paddleboard directly from the property to the enchanting Intracoastal Waterway and Masonboro Island for a true coastal experience.

Indoors, the roomy family room is ideal for gathering, with the gas fireplace providing additional warmth on cooler evenings.
