Inside, the open main living area features two couches overlooking a huge TV and gas fireplace. Steps from here, the chef's kitchen displays granite countertops, two fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens, coffee makers, a crockpot, and a blender. The separate laundry room and three ensuite bedrooms are also on this floor.

The second, separate living area also has a sizable TV with an Xbox gaming system, a kitchenette, and the rest of the home's bedrooms. This level features direct access to a street-side covered porch and stairs to the rooftop, ocean view deck.

  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
