It is a three bedroom two bath home. The master has a king bed with attached bath with shower. Across the hall is a queen bed with a hall shower. The loft is ideal for other members of the family to have their own getaway with two twin beds. This refreshed condo is just a walk away from the community pool and a short drive from all of the islands great amenities.

• The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
