Located in the Lighthouse Landing Community. With high ceilings, sunny rooms with tall windows and an open floor plan, this home is marvelous for entertaining. Sizable dining table plus bar stools will comfortably seat 10 for meals. The completely outfitted kitchen features brand new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, new pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Washer and dryer are also new. Freshly painted interior.

The outdoor open deck has a direct walkway to a shared community dock on the Bald Head Creek for fishing and crabbing. Or meander through the maritime forest on one of the four bicycles supplied.

Roomy master suite with King bed and newly modernized bath including tile floor, double vanity with vessel sinks and handsome soaking tub and a freshly enlarged tile shower with bench. 3 additional guest rooms and two full bathrooms upstairs (2 rooms have queens and the other has a bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top). Three flat screen TVs and wireless internet access are supplied.

Lighthouse Landing, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island, is home to Newly renovated lighthouse landing close to the ferry and island amenities, 2 golf carts.. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
