The pet fee covers the standard additional cleaning associated with having an approved pet in the home. It does not cover excessive cleaning required to remove pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes from furnishings, linens, or linens.

If pets are found to have been on furnishings or linens and additional cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to the guest.

By bringing a pet to the property, guests agree to follow these rules throughout their stay.
