Summary:Welcome to Sea Grace 2 , this definitely adorable newly modernized 3 bed/ 2 bath condo overlooking the pretty Atlantic Ocean. Be lulled to sleep with the sounds of the waves in a king size master bedroom and wake to the sunrise over the Atlantic on your private front porch! Located to all things Carolina Beach: cycling, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famed boardwalks and fishing piers with great eateries and shopping. Downtown Wilmington is 45 mins away!The Space:This is a 2nd floor unit.There is no elevator.The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weatherGuest Access:Assigned parking, please display parking pass inside condo. you are only allowed one car in this lane. the other has to go in first come first serve spots in the back. you are not guaranteed a second spot. Guest's phone number must be left on pass incase you block another car. There are also some spots by the pool in the back that are first come first serve. We highly recommend seeing if one of those is available when you get there as it is much easier to get in and out of. We are grateful our HOA gives us 2 spots complimentary but unfortunately can do nothing about the parking in tandem. Thank you for understanding.Other Things to Note:We also supply the following for each property:A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stayThere is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Welcome to Sailfish in Carolina Beach! This unit will be on the top floor of this bungalow with private access. The condo offers two beds and one bath, including a front porch and back deck that you will savor. We are three homes back from the ocean, and you get a sliver of a view from the front porch! Looking for a calming time, ambiance? This is it!You'll definitely adore the updates in this beach bungalow! The comfortable living room has plenty of seating space for your group and is open to the kitchen with eye catching tile backsplash and retro modern refrigerator! The kitchen is supplied with essentials for you to appreciate a home cooked meal during your stay. There are two cavernous bedrooms, each with a king bed and comfortable linens. The refreshed bathroom has tile floors and subway tile walls. The whole space feels very light and airy! One of the best features of the home is the charming front deck where you can start your day with a coffee.We are conveniently located just a block from the beach and a block to the intracoastal, so you are always just a short walk to the water!Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit of the bungalow. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll have access to everything you find inside. There may be guests staying in the downstairs unit during your stay, but they have a completely separate entrance.Parking for 2 cars is available to the left of the home.Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation.
