Plenty of dining and entertainment options close by!When you arrive to the Salty Seascape, you will be able to hear the waves crashing as the ocean is just across the street from the condo! Parking is available onsite for up 2 cars. When you enter the condo (located on the 3rd floor), you'll walk into an open, inviting, & updated space. You may first notice the new 70-inch Intelligent TV or the completely updated kitchen with all new appliances and counter tops. Turn to your left, and you'll find the sliding glass door leading to the sizable deck, with comfortable chairs to relax in. Continuing down the hall, you'll first find the updated guest bathroom with double sinks and full-size washer and dryer. Next, the guest room has double beds, with a Roku TV. At the far end of the condo is the master bedroom with a private, updated bathroom and sliding glass door leading you to the back balcony where you will appreciate the canal view. Fresh linens are included at no additional charge (sheets, blankets, and 1 bath towel & washcloth per person). Guests must provide their own beach towels. Wifi is available to use the Intelligent TVs to stream fashionable apps. (Guests must provide their own login information.) Public beach access is less than 400ft, so an simple, fast walk for anyone. This section of the north end is peaceful, residential and close to the North End Fishing Pier as well as Freeman Park - so bring the 4-wheel drive and pack the fishing rods! Located across the street from the ocean, this top floor walk up unit features a very sizable open deck for sunbathing and calming with vistas of the Atlantic. Affordable and calming, this basic 2-bedroom condo has just seen a nice remodel with new Living Room furnishings, new stove, fresh paint, new beds and box springs, new curtains, and new floor in the bathrooms. It is a nice option for an a less expensive beach hideaway that is still close enough to the water that you can hear the waves. Make sure you take in a sunrise during your visit as they are not to be missed!
