The closest beach access is the Sand Fiddler Access which is roughly a block south of the property. Welcome to Ocean Oasis! Spend your time at Carolina Beach in an oceanfront home made of two units. Totaling 7 bedrooms for 14, 6 bathrooms and two full living spaces (each unit has a full kitchen, dining area and living area) you will have tons of room to do things together and also have some separate time, if needed, the best of all worlds!Amazing, unobstructed expansive vistas of the beach and ocean will take your breath away. First renting in 2024, everything is nearly new in this exceptionally appointed unit. If you don’t spend all your time on the beach, the rest of the time will be spent on the humongous deck with plenty of seating. Appreciate meals at the dining table on the deck, or hang out, read a book, savor a glass of wine and listen to the waves from two pairs of comfortable chairs. There are 2 entirely furnished decks so everybody can hang out and the decks are in the shade most of the day to get a reprieve from the sun. Each gathering room features two couches and a chair that are ideal for calming and socializing. We have a selection of books, games, and DVDs/Blu-rays for all ages. The wall-mounted TV tilts and turns for better viewing for everybody. We installed a water softener system to make for much more delightful showers. The kitchen has a separate faucet set up with a reverse osmosis water dispenser giving you delicious water to drink and use in your cooking. The refrigerator is also connected to this system. No need to bring cases or gallons of water. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are dishes, flatware, cookware, knife set and the all-important wine glasses. There is a multi-cup Keurig (bring your k-cups), regular coffee pot (we supply filters), electric tea kettle and toaster. There is also a blender to make your frozen margaritas and a hand mixer if you need one. We provide some cooking essentials, so you don’t have to bring your whole kitchen with you. There is salt and pepper, cooking oils and an assortment of herbs and spices. We also provide foil, baggies, etc. There are high quality towels and linens for all the beds/bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have intelligent TVs and black out window treatments so you can sleep in. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. In addition, we provide a starter set of dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets. Intelligent locks allow you to arrive any time after the standard entry time. You have your own code and you don’t have to worry about carrying keys with you.There is parking for at least 6 cars. The outdoor storage units have beach chairs and a beach canopy. Bring your beach towels and toys! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand.The Carolina Beach boardwalk is about a mile north and the Kure Beach pier is a mile south. The Tiki Bar is a few hundred yards away for your afternoon drink delight or lunch on the beach. There are eateries (including Granny’s for breakfast) within walking distance.Come and spend your Carolina Beach hideaway at Ocean Oasis. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday . The rest of the year is flexible with 2-4 day minimums depending on the time of year.Please note: the property is stringently non-smoking; there is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit, around the decks nor anywhere on the complex property. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo with a pool is located in the heart of Carolina Beach in the oceanfront Sea Colony complex second floor. You will know you made the right choice as soon as you enter the "Sharpe" condo as the home is gorgeously appointed and the vistas are magnificant. This one will have you wanting to book again for next year! The first bedroom is street side with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The bright and cheerful kitchen is open to the oceanfront living room and features Corian counters and upgraded cabinetry. The primary bedroom has a new King bed and is also oceanfront with an adjoining bath. Both bedrooms include TVs. The huge covered deck has gracious outdoor seating and spectacular vistas of the Atlantic. Appreciate a dip in the oceanfront salt water swimming pool or take advantage of the community grilling area. Elevator access. You will adore your stay at "Sharpe"! Welcome to Sea Colony, a family favorite condominium complex complex! Known for it's well kept grounds with BBQ grilles and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access, Sea Colony provides an inviting recreational area for the enjoyment of all guests. Bring the 4X4 and drive (and camp) on the beach at Freeman Park, located on the North End of the island. You can also head down to Kure Beach and fish directly off their fishing pier compete with bait, tackles, and more! The Carolina Beach Lake is close by, hosting a weekly Farmer’s Market every Saturday, FIREWORKS every Thursday, and outdoor summer movies on Sunday’s (on a enormous inflatable screen in the middle of the lake!). "Coastal Cove" beach condo suite unit 1F opens up to a layout consisting of three comfortable bedrooms one (1) King in the master, another (1) King in the second bedroom, and one (1) Queen bed in the third bedroom.A kitchen rests just off the living room and dining area while the entirety of the condo overlooks a expansive expanse of our Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is outfitted will all the basic cooking and dining silverware one can expect (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc.). In addition, there is a microwave, toaster, coffer maker and blender ready to help make yourself at home (while on Vacay!). Courtesy organic soap and shampoo are left in the bathroom of each suite as well as a (1) starter roll of TP, a (1) garbage bag, dish soap, and a sponge in each kitchen. The living room features a sizable sliding door where you can watch the pelicans roost and waves crash without moving an inch. A TV and WIFI connection will ensure you stay briefly connected with the outside world before heading back to hunt for the ideal shell.We equip each suite with its own combination of books, games, and misc. accessories to help cover the basis for our guests to enjoy themselves in rain or shine. Sometimes however, these items are removed from the suite and not replaced, and we do not always realize it (tsk tsk!). The home itself is a short drive from down town Carolina Beach with its stores, activities and dining and is equidistant to the smaller, but just as striking down town Kure Beach. There are fireworks during the summer every Thursday nighttime, Movies at the lake each Sunday nighttime, and local fairs around the lake each Saturday morning.Carolina Beach is a mix of friendly locals, snowbirds, and visitors all looking to escape the inland and enjoy the sand, surf, and sun. We really have an striking community! Carolina Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods offer an array of sights and activities to enjoy while here. Our own local Brewery (Good Hops) along with a round of Frisbee golf may be what the doctor ordered!There isn’t anywhere or anything on our Island that isn’t accessible with foot power. Downtown Carolina Beach has numerous vendors such as Tony Silvagni’s Surf School @ 308 S Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach, NC 28428 (bicycles, paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, chairs, and umbrellas) for rent as an alternative to walking or driving. There's Sun Fun Units @1204 N Lake Park Blvd Unit F Carolina Beach, NC 28428. Taxi’s (local golf cart taxi’s) and Uber’s are also generally available for an assist when needed as well throughout the island! You can catch a Ferry to Southport in Kure Beach @ 2422 Fort Fisher Blvd S Kure Beach which leads to another ferry to Bald Head Island where NO CARS are allowed at all! After all, you won’t catch many locals going OTB! (Over The Bridge).
