Ava Moon, is a gorgeous, freshly refreshed privately owned, 2nd row single family, located on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, DVD player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille. screened porch, sundeck & covered porch.
This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.
