Tricks and tips to get the perfect Brunswick area vacation property experience:

Getting the best rental value:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local Brunswick area visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines contain coupons for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

Filter your rental search:

  • Select your vacation week and spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. 40th St En Suite \/ Enter the door between Outside Shower and Air Conditioner. has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, email or call the property manager before booking your home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation family.
  • Some rentals allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
  • If there's a specific Brunswick area destination you love, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental

More considerations for your visit:

  • We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many problems.
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • To make certain damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas when you arrive. text the property manager right away to report any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
