Getting the best Brunswick area rental experience:

When to go & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies supply Brunswick area area visitor guides which will include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Filter your search:

  • Begin by choosing your trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. A GEM of a cottage 400 feet from the nearest beach access! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible online. Otherwise, email the property management company before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • To make certain damages are not linked to your stay, record any problem areas when you arrive. E-mail the rental manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
