This Oceanwalk condo is close to everything you need, including groceries, shopping, eateries and, most importantly, the beach! This refreshed condo is just a two to three min. walk to the soft sand OKI has to offer. Easily access the unit using the community elevator, making it painless to bring up bags, groceries and more!

Active and retired members of the United States armed forces can receive a discount upon booking!

Wake up and appreciate a cup of coffee and ocean vistas from the covered porch right off the living area. This condo offers the best of both worlds with simple beach access and a community pool ideal for kids or for you to float around and relax!

This unit features three flat screen TV's with a guest account for streaming services along with basic cable on two of the three TV's.

The full kitchen accepts you to whip a delicious dinner and maybe even some local seafood. Feel your meals at the dining room table with seating for four people or at the bar, which features seating for an additional four more!

A Turtle's Pace is ideal or any sized group big or modest (up to 8 people) and is sure to provide relaxation, great vistas, a memories of a lifetime!

This vacation rental welcomes up to three dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly units. Off-season montly units are welcome in January and February of 2022. Changing to a Sunday turn day for 2022

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation..

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Smith Island Museum of History and Franklin Square Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
