What is Seahab? It's the feeling of rehabilitation you can only get from the water... and every inch of this spectacular getaway has been purposefully designed for relaxation! Constructed in 2016, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home on Oak Island features a brand-new saltwater private pool, multiple balconies with partial ocean vistas, timeless coastal decor, and more amenities than you can imagine. Not to mention it's centrally located and within steps from beach access, Middleton Park, fashionable eateries, OKI Coffee House, and Publix grocery store.

As you walk into the main floor, you're instantly welcomed by the roomy open floor plan and calming coastal-inspired interior design! The living area features local artwork and a comfortable sectional leather couch to snuggle up and watch your favorite shows or movies together on the sizable flatscreen TV. A brand new pool table was newly installed for your enjoyment and includes all the accessories you'll need, like cue sticks and balls. If you prefer to head outside, you can access two covered balconies from this floor — one that is ideal for catching the sunrise from the hammock and has a staircase that leads to the pool, and a second with chairs to relax as the sun sets behind the dunes.

If you plan to prepare during your stay, you'll fall in adore with every detail of the meticulously designed kitchen. From the stainless steel appliances and bespoke sea glass colored backsplash to the ample counter space and center island with bar seating for up to 3! When you're ready to sit down and savor a meal together, the dining area has an impressive rustic wooden table with bench seating and chairs to seat up to 6. This floor is finished by a guest bedroom with a sleeper couch, a full bath with a enormous walk-in shower, and a generous laundry room.

Upstairs, at the top of the staircase, you'll find a door that leads out to the top balcony featuring multiple seating areas — including plush wicker furnishings! The primary bedroom features a gorgeous 4-poster queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and extended double vanity. Down the hall, the remaining three bedrooms share a serene bathroom that has a unique freestanding soaking tub with a shower and plenty of counter space. The guest bedroom on the left side of the hallway has a queen size bed, ocean vistas, and a flatscreen TV. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this level (right side of the hallway), one with a twin-over-double bunk bed and flatscreen TV, and the other with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

For those visiting to spend time soaking in the sun and calming poolside, you're in for a treat on the ground level! The brand-new saltwater pool is the star of the show. It's completely enclosed with privacy fencing and is the ideal place to spend afternoons playing pool games or for a nighttime swim as the stars twinkle above. But that's just the beginning of all the amenities at this one-of-a-kind home! Beach gear is supplied (like chairs and a wagon), high-speed wireless internet for those who need to stay connected, and so much more.

When you're ready to discover or head out for a friendly competition, you'll find everything you need for a fun day at Middleton Park. There are horseshoes, cornhole bean bags, and a bocce ball set available. What are you waiting for? It's time to experience this pretty oceanside getaway and get your well-deserved Seahab in!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours! For this home you are eligible for up to $315.00 credit on any beach gear! Book now to reserve your gear today!

Our top Rental home tips:

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Booking in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Brunswick area visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Make a plan and pick the right Brunswick area vacation home:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a max budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family needs. \"Seahab\" Beautiful Modern Home w\/ Ocean Views & NEW Private Pool has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before you reserve your rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what is best for your vacation group.
  • Does your family require unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or applied to your contract.

Advice for a terrific stay:

  • Add the host's information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Record any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
