The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 with four private bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite bathroom, plus a flexible den with a queen-size pull-out couch bed. Kids will appreciate the four-bed bunk room, while adults will appreciate the privacy, space, and TVs in every bedroom.

Every detail is brand new—from the furnishings and décor to the appliances—creating a fresh, modren feel throughout. Step outside to your in-ground pool, relax at the poolside bar, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A convenient shed supplied with beach gear and toys makes beach days simple and fun.

Four cavernous balconies offer vistas from every angle of the island, ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply listening to the waves. On rainy days or downtime, kids can stay entertained with the Nex Playground gaming system, making this home as fun inside as it is out.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, the outdoor pool, the poolside bar area, and the storage shed. Nothing is shared—enjoy the property exclusively and make yourself at home.
