When you aren't hanging out by the surf, head for one of the area's trendy eateries, coffee stores, or stores.

Oozing curb appeal, the exterior of your home away from home exudes an inviting aura. Walk up and you'll instantly take notice of the covered patio complete with rocking chairs. Right inside, the sun-filled living room is a place of serenity with its plentiful seating and enormous TV. The well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef, and when your meals are ready to be indulged in - gather around the formal dining table.

Airy, roomy, and simply decorated the bedrooms are equally comfortable with their high-quality linens and central air-conditioning. After days spent in the sun, you will adore rinsing off in the granite walk-in shower, and chores will stay at bay with the private washer/dryer.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
