Summary:
Keep it simple at this cozy 1980s 1 bedroom condo located across from the beach, the CB Lake, and close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famed CB Boardwalk, eateries, coffee stores and cool drinking holes!

The Space:
The unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
The 2025 pest control schedule will fall on the second Wednesday of each month

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at apartment- MUST DISPLAY PARKING PASS

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this apartment. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. Booking your Brunswick area vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
