The freshly constructed property features a reverse floor plan to maximize the vistas of the ocean, extravagant finishes throughout, and many outdoor spaces for calming and entertaining. You'll be blown away by the beautiful vaulted ceilings and meticulously designed open floor plan upstairs at Sandy Paws. There are two porches that can be accessed from this floor, one on the beachside with rocking chairs to appreciate your morning coffee or evening beverages and the other with an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Inside, you'll find the main living area is charmingly decorated with a enormous flatscreen TV and leather couches that have reclining functions. The well-appointed kitchen features a huge center island with bar seating, granite countertops, a high-end gas range, stainless steel appliances, bespoke cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a meal for your group. There's also a formal dining space with seating for 7 along with a half bathroom.

The bright and airy ambiance extends into the master bedroom, where you will find the ocean vistas, a opulent king bed, sizable flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a roomy walk-in shower. All 3 of the guest bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and a double bunk room) are located downstairs; each designed as a private getaway with ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and ceiling fans. Additionally, you will find a full size pull out couch in the den.

Outside, there's an exceptional wood-burning fire pit to gather around on those cooler nights! Kids, furry family members, and the young at heart will adore being able to roast marshmallows and make s'mores in the backyard. For the grille master in your family or group, there's a gas grille supplied. There's even an outdoor shower on the ground floor to rinse off after a day at the beach. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
