The huge open living area and kitchen is ideal for catching up with family and friends. The comfortable bedrooms are equipped with a King, Queen and 2 twin bunk beds. The entirely supplied kitchen is ready for you to make your favorite meals and the gas grille comes with a full propane tank waiting to be used. You don't have to wonder about the little things....just appreciate and make memories on your time well spent. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the fun day at the beach and then plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your favorite drink with family and friends reflecting on the day together.

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
