Entirely-equipped kitchen with all amenities and all appliances newly upgraded and refreshed. Ceiling fans throughout and upgraded. New sectional sleeper in living room.
Carpet or ceramic tile throughout. Extensive master suite with new extravagant Beautyrest Black king bed, sitting area, and freshly updated bath. Other baths are freshly modernized as well. New queen beds in the two other bedrooms. Full-size Washer and Dryer just upgraded. HVAC systems newly upgraded.

Elegantly decorated home with great ocean and dune vistas. Privacy and minimal traffic on this secluded 2-block stretch of East Beach Drive. Lots of room for kids to play outside with no worries including huge front yard. Sizable driveway so plenty of parking.
House faces south - so you get to savor both sunrise and sunset from the back decks. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from the back decks. Close to both bridges for simple access on and off the island.

Located in Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Traveling with kids? Consider North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.
