A really unique, newly remodeled beach front home! This vacation heaven features four roomy bedrooms, each with amazing ocean front vistas. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Two of the rooms are equipped with King beds, the other 2 have Queens, with the fourth bedroom having additional twin bunk beds. The home features a attractively refreshed kitchen with all the amenities you need to accommodate in-home meal prep and cooking. However, if you don't feel like cooking, you're also in luck with the convenience of having multiple local eateries within a 2–5-min. drive.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport.   • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Oak Island. Book your vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
