Welcome to Miller's Landing! We have been property owners of OKI for the last 11 years. This is really our Home away from Home, and we hope that it can become yours too! Conveniently located 5 mins. or less from the surf, 15 mins. from the very fashionable Pointe, and right down the road from trendy eateries and stores.
Our home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sizable kitchen/dining area, 4 queen beds total, 2 couches, a front and back porch, and a hangout area below. Plenty of parking space if you are thinking about bringing a boat, accessible flat top grille, and more!

Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home. More tips for your visit:

  • We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
