Tricks and tips to get the perfect rental experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Brunswick area area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

Filter your search:

  • First and foremost, have your family commit to trip dates and a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. 0611 Endless Horizon by Atlantic Towers has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available on booking pages. If not, reach out to the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what is suitable for your trip.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a property that allows animals. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's an individual Brunswick area destination you crave, browse rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Have a great stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
  • Make a record of any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a terrific source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
