When to visit Oak Island & When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring.
