The Space:

The top level features a extravagant primary suite featuring a king bedroom, private ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bath with a roomy walk-in tile shower. The entirely outfitted kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, while the dining area offers ample space for everybody to gather and appreciate. The bright and airy living room flows to decks with seating, as well as a covered porch with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening beverages. Elevator access makes moving between levels a breeze.



The mid level features three queen bedrooms (two with private baths and one sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath) and a bunk room with twin-over-full beds, also sharing the Jack-and-Jill bath, ideal for kids or additional guests.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines: family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
