Plenty of windows and natural light in this open floorplan offer ocean vistas from the cavernous living area. Step out onto the oceanfront deck and immerse yourself in the sounds of the sea crashing on the rocks below. This is the ideal spot to catch the sunrise.

The Queen bedroom suite includes a private full bathroom, private deck, and intelligent TV with streaming options. The bunk bedroom offers a Twin over Twin Bunk and an additional Twin bed. The full bathroom off the hallway includes a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer.

Head down to the boardwalk for the seasonal fireworks, charter a fishing trip at the close by marina, or visit the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Carolina Beach offers something for all your friends and family to experience!

Parking instructions:
2 unassigned spots underneath the building, parking passes required to be displayed. Passes are to be left on kitchen counter. Please do not block cars with other units in. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler and body boards are also available for guest use.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have money saving offers on nearby shops and restaurants.
