Outdoor shower with hot and cold, covered front porch with gliders and chairs, square picnic table set under the home, beach access across street. Close to fishing pier and restaurant. Centrally located on Oak Island, Statehouse is convenient to local activities, stores, and eateries, as well as the bridge leading to historic Southport and its many stores and historic points of interest.
