This 3 bedroom, 2 bath East beach getaway with elevator is located on the 2nd row where guests can appreciate ocean vistas and are just steps away from beach access directly across the street. This property is also across from Middleton Park and options for shopping and dining are conveniently located close by.

All year this property is available for sizable groups of up to 18 but during the shoulder months of the busy season, the owners also offer one of the two floors that make up this unique property available. Guests will have the whole property to themselves.

Both levels of this home have ocean vistas with ocean view decks, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a entirely equipped kitchen, dining space, family room, and laundry room with the convenience of an elevator.

This listing is for the penthouse level (guest will have the whole home to themselves...no one will be occupying the lower level during your stay) which sleeps 8 and offers the additional amenities of an ocean view sunroom off the master bedroom and an enclosed porch overlooking Middleton Park with a separate dining and foosball table. Guest can savor the ground floor calming area, and dining space. Choose from the commercial gas or park style grille for cooking out.

STEPS AWAY GET AWAY is located directly across from Middleton Park. From May to October it is home to the summer concert series, the Monday craft fair and farmer's market, and the kids't splash pad. There is a playground, softball field, grassy fields, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and basketball courts to enjoy year round.
