With bright exterior colors and an elegantly decorated interior, Sea Style is the ideal hideaway for a family vacation. This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home has space for any group to savor both the luxury and fun Oak Island has to offer.

Sea Style accepts you to stick your feet in the water no matter your preference. Step out onto the side deck to take a dip in the pool (heated upon request) or to soak up the sun. If you are wanting to appreciate the beach instead, it is just a short walk down the street (0.2 miles) to the public beach access. Once you are done, rinse off in the hot and cold-water outdoor shower downstairs.

Close out the day by whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen accented with white cabinets and countertops along with stainless steel appliances or grille some steaks using the charcoal grille below the home. Once your meal is prepared, gather around the table huge enough to seat 10 guests to enjoy food and fellowship.

Sea Style provides plenty of space for everybody, including the kids, with two living areas including six flat screen intelligent TVs throughout the home.

With two rooms equipped with a king-sized bed, another room with a queen and a kids' suite with a bunk bed and a double, this beach hideaway supplies comfortable quarters for all.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
