Savor the life of leisure at Sea Trail Plantation, 5 mins. from impressive Sunset Beach (best beach on the East Coast per Duke University, and ranked number 4 on National Geographic’s “21 BEST BEACHES IN THE WORLD!” (2017) ) and the intracoastal waterway, and surrounded by 3 championship golf courses right in Sea Trail. Close proximity to Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, Little River, and Myrtle Beach.

If your interest is the beach, the flat sandy beach is great for swimming, surfing, shelling, walking, running or cycling.

If your interest is golf, Sea trail is home to three signature golf courses. In addition to golf, there are two clubhouses with full-service golf stores, range, putting greens, lounges and dining.

There are also tennis and pickleball courts within Sea Trail.

If your interest is fishing, opportunities for beach, pier and charter boats are everywhere.

You are two miles from Calabash (the Seafood Capital of the World) which is home for many eateries, shopping and docks for buying fresh fish and shrimp.

The second floor condo is in Osprey Ridge, and features a enchanting 250 sq ft screened in porch, overlooking The Jones 4th fairway, and the signature Par 3 5th.

The kitchen is entirely equipped, and the living room has a 55" Samsung Intelligent TV. Cable and Wifi access can be included at your cost with FocusBroadband. Internet $64/month; Merge TV $106/month.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

Clean linens, washer and dryer, dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances supplied. Toiletries, bath towels, and bed linens supplied.

At the Village Activity Center you can cool off at the pool, be soaking in a hot tub or warming up in the sauna! Appreciate a yoga class too! The Sea Trail Village Activity Center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, bicycle units, and exercise classes is available at a nominal price.

50% deposit due at booking, 25% due 30 days before check in, and balance due at check-in. $500 Refundable Damage deposit. The Osprey Ridge HOA requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Units less than 90 days are subject to local and state taxes totalling 12.75% - 4.75 state General Sales Tax, 1% Brunswick County Accommodation tax, 2% Brunswick County General Sales Tax, and 5% Town of Sunset Beach Accommodation tax.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, and is next to a golf course and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
