-We have a Saturday to Saturday seven-nighttime minimum during June and July. A three-nighttime minimum all other times.

Savor a peaceful family beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just mins. from the South Carolina line. Our trademark is our pristine three-mile-long sandy beach; gorgeous sunrises and sunsets (which can be seen from the island because of our unique southern exposure) and spectacular golfing. Other unique features of our community include Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.

This vacation home is at Sea Trail Resort, which is about as close as you can get to the beach yet have all of the amenities of a resort. Sea Trail features three signature golf courses (Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd) just about a mile from the beach. Sunset Beach's Ingram Planetarium, which provides educational and entertaining programs for both adults and kids, is just down the road.

When you're ready for nighttime life, bumper cars, and a bit of history, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Wilmington, NC, are just mins. away. And there are dozens of other areas of interest and local attractions close by. Travel to these close by areas and return to the luxury and quit of your own space.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
