This is a completely gated community complete with miles of walking and cycling trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with eateries and stores, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips.

In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where they can visit the beach using a private entrance. Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded BBQ area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.
