Welcome to Crowe's Nest!

This is a premium condo unit with a spectacular South facing ocean view from the 2nd level of the Oceanwalk Community. This condo is your family's next ideal vacation spot. Sleeping up to 8 people, there is room for the whole family plus friends. There is everything you could ever need to feel right at home, the kitchen is completely supplied with all of the appliances and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meals. The ocean front patio has seating for you to savor your morning coffee as the sun rises and your evening drink as the sun sets. Located in the middle of Oak Island's many main attractions, it will only take a few mins. to get to all the best eateries and stores. So leave your car keys on the counter! There is an outdoor shower located in the building next to the unit to clean off all the sand after a long and fun day on the beach! And don't forget to appreciate the enormous outdoor pool with plenty of chairs for calming in the sun.

5 min. walk to beach and 15 min. walk to Middleton Park for weekly concerts & Market! Located at Middleton park are 12 pickle ball courts for you and your family to enjoy. 6 courts were newly constructed next to the previous 6, to accommodate everybody to play.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to inspire more reservations. They'll be grateful for your review.
