Our home has newly been modernized, and we thought of everything you might need for your stay! We are located in an striking location for convenience to all of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach! The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a completely fenced-in backyard. You will be renting the entire home, with parking for up to 3 cars. Our home is located 5 miles to downtown, 5 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 3 miles to UNCW, and 6 miles to the airport!

Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and New Hanover County Arboretum. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Trask Coliseum or Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. Scuba diving and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
