The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant and poolside bar. We are 10 mins. from Calabash which has some great eateries and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Brunswick area attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
