Premier property under new ownership with new kitchen, bathrooms and floors!

Located in the Lighthouse Landing Community. With high ceilings, sunny rooms with tall windows and an open floor plan, this home is excellent for entertaining. Giant dining table plus bar stools will comfortably seat 10 for meals. The entirely supplied kitchen features brand new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, new pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Washer and dryer are also new. Freshly painted interior.

The outdoor open deck has a direct walkway to a shared community dock on the Bald Head Creek for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking in the two sit-upon kayaks supplied with the rental. Or meander through the maritime forest on one of the four bicycles supplied.

Roomy master suite with King bed and newly refreshed bath including tile floor, double vanity with vessel sinks and handsome soaking tub and a freshly enlarged tile shower with bench. 3 additional guest rooms and two full bathrooms upstairs (2 rooms have queens and the other has a twin loft over a queen). Three flat screen TVs and wireless internet access are included.

Clean towels and linens are included in rental rate including beach towels.
2 four passenger golf carts are available for our guests - one brand new.
2 Sit on Kayaks and 4 cruiser bicycles are available for use.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Lighthouse Landing, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum.
