Amazing Vistas! Feel all our island has to offer from this pretty beach home located just off the sand and in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Wright Time Wright Place is TWO levels, each offering 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus each level has it's own kitchen, living space, and covered deck with amazing ocean vistas. Only steps to the sand, this is the ideal spot for multiple and bigger families or groups to get together and savor some time at the beach. Each floor has it's own private entrance, offering plenty of space for your entire group to spread out.

The top level includes an combined living and dining area with ocean vistas, plus the kitchen and 3 bedrooms/2Baths. The King bedroom shares a bathroom with the hallway and includes intelligent TV. The other two bedrooms offer queen sized beds and intelligent TVs.

The lower level includes another combined living and dining area with vistas, the second kitchen, plus 3 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. There is a King Master bedroom and the second bedroom offers a Queen bed plus a twin size bed. The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedrooms will offer intelligent TVS with access to your streaming services.

The ground level includes parking area, outdoor showers with hot and cold water, plus storage for the beach chairs, body boards, and beach cart. There is a modest apartment located around the back of the property with a separate private entrance. This apartment is not available for guest use. The parking spot furthest to the right (closest to the ocean) is reserved for the apartment.

**Construction is scheduled to take place next door Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times and may obstruct vistas shown in listing. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the status of construction before booking.**

Parking supplied:
5-6 spots depending on size. Spot furthest to right is reserved for apartment in back. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle renting them separately! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
