Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 4 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 cars.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
