The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The bungalow includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are numerous eateries, stores, and a market for groceries.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is by the sea. Smith Island Museum of History and Fort Johnston-Southport Museum & Visitors' Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse.
