Great canal location with new dock for fishing, boating or jet skis, and don’t forget your kayaks, paddleboards and floats. New kayak launcher installed Spring 2023, makes getting in and out of the kayak oh so simple. Kayaks and life jackets available for use with waiver.

Appreciate morning coffee watching the sun rise over the canal and the evenings on the crow’s nest for the most spectacular sunsets in Sunset Beach! Short 2 block walk to beach. Four beds, each with their own en suite bath, and loft with daybed and trundle provide sleeping for up to 12. The loft is a great separate play space for kids or adults.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
