The upstairs deck provides a private ocean view, with direct sunset vistas that are particularly spectacular during the summer. A notable advantage of this home is the orientation of the main deck, which is naturally protected from strong ocean winds and the intense afternoon sun. This makes it an exceptionally comfortable place to relax, even on windier days. As an added treat, it's also an superb spot for watching golfers as they play the 18th hole.
