The Space:

Welcome to Sunset Sands where coastal comfort meets style and convenience in Oak Island! Just across the street from the beach, this gorgeous 5-bedroom, 6-bath home is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing, sun-soaked hideaway.



The top level features two king bedrooms, private balconies, and attached bathrooms with a roomy walk-in tile shower. Appreciate dinner and a view from the dining room, as the ocean shimmers just across the street. The chef's kitchen is entirely supplied for your cooking needs, making meal prep a breeze. Ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink, the deck and covered porch both are accessible from the living area, which is both bright and comfortable. An elevator is available with access to all levels.



The mid level features two queen bedrooms (with private baths) and a room with two single beds, with attached bath, ideal for kids or additional guests.



An evening BBQ must be on the agenda, where your group can splash in the private pool while the grille master of your group fires up the propane grille. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
