Located in Ocean Isle Beach’s private gated community, 9 Coggeshall comfortably sleeps a max. of 16 guests with 6 sizable bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. 2 Master bedrooms provide huge kings size beds, coffered ceilings, oceanfront vistas, and their own bespoke tile showers. All bedrooms are fashionably decorated, have wall-mounted intelligent flat-screen TV's and private bathrooms.

Natural imported Travertine floors cool your toes while vaulted ceilings and enormous windows lead your mind and spirit to excellent beach relaxation.

Entertainment is simple for multiple families with two separate living rooms, both with huge flat-screen TV’s and state of the art sound systems, supported by a whole-home music system for indoor and outdoor enjoyment.

If staying for one, two, three or more weeks, guests don't have to pack giant bags as a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located on the second floor.

Even professional cooks will be delighted to prepare masterpieces in the entirely-loaded gourmet kitchen. All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are accented by luscious dark maple cabinets.

Sun lovers will be delighted either poolside or on one of four separate decks on the front and rear. Beach gazing is painless from either rear porch as guests have a handsome view of the coastline.
