Osprey Suite 304 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Finding your perfect rental:

• Summer months are high season in Wrightsville Beach. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents quite a few issues.
• Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great source for finding the best local spots.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
• At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
