Darling townhouse, handsomely decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing striking vistas of shining Banks Channel from both inside your roomy living space and the two huge balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, eateries, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to conveniently pull it all to the beach.

We welcome weekly units only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 nighttime minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Finding the best rental home value:

  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
