Open and beachy 5 bedroom home on the south end, ideal for your family! Appreciate a morning coffee or evening meal on the cavernous porch. Quick walk to the public beach access, or public sound access.

On the ground floor you have a living room and a full size refrigerator! Downstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor for these bedrooms and the living area. Great space to spread out, play games, and watch a movie!

Upstairs you have the main living space and the remaining bedrooms. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, a enormous flat screen TV and is open to the dining area with a sizable table for family meals or getting together after a day in the sun. There are multiple doors to the huge front porch, and plenty of seating outside as well! The kitchen is completely outfitted with all your needs to make a meal together and appreciate a dinner in. On this floor there are two guest bedrooms, one with a twin bed and a trundle and one with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full size bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge private master bathroom.

Sand Castle is the magnificant home you and your group are looking for. On a peaceful street it is ideal for families with kids, or those looking for a calming hideaway. Parking is limited to 3 mid-size SUVS and 1 sedan, and the garage is great to store any beach gear or bicycles you bring!

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
